Copper Slim Belt
The belt body is imported Italian or American vegetable-tanned leather. No dye, no finish – just raw leather. The thickness is 4.5–5.0 mm, which is 1.5 times thicker than normal belts. We use pure vegetable tannins for 3–6 months. No heavy metals, no AZO dyes. The edges are not painted. We hand burnish and polish with beeswax. The buckle is solid brass or copper square, 4.0–5.0 cm wide, 5 mm thick, 60–80 grams. Connection is by solid copper rivets hammered by hand.
Handmade for Vintage Lovers
Our factory has a handmade leather workshop. Our workers do hand burnishing and beeswax polishing. They also hammer copper rivets by hand. One worker can only make 50 belts per day. So the output is not high. But each belt is made with care. Many vintage brands OEM with us. The copper slim belt is for vintage lovers. It uses undyed vegetable-tanned leather and a solid copper square buckle. As you wear it, the color gets darker and develops a patina. An American customer has worn his for two years. The color went from light beige to reddish brown. He loves it.

Hand Engraving and Small Batch Custom
We can engrave on the back of the copper buckle or emboss inside the belt. One British client ordered a batch with his grandfather's name and birthday. He said it was the best memorial gift. We also offer hand-rubbed color to create the aged effect you want.

Q5: How do I confirm the leather quality?
A: We will make a pre-production sample. The final raw material (vegetable-tanned leather) will follow that approved sample.
