The weft is 100% high-tenacity polyester industrial yarn. The warp is high-quality PU leather cut strips. We cross-weave them on computer jacquard machines. Density is 12–14 weave units per inch. Finished width is 3.5–4.0 cm. Natural thickness is 3.0 mm, reducing to 2.5 mm when stretched. Ends are sealed with ultrasonic hot melt cutting. The buckle is zinc alloy or matte aluminum alloy with double rivets. Each rivet is locked with 3 tons of pressure.
No Holes, One Size Fits Most
Our factory has computer jacquard weaving machines. One machine weaves 500 belts per day. Our workers control the weave density at 12–14 units per inch. We also have ultrasonic hot melt cutting equipment. The cut edges do not fray. Many resort wear brands work with us. The woven braided belt is for beach holidays and casual travel. It has no holes. Custom Weave Patterns and Fast Sampling
We offer over 20 color combinations. Solids, two-tone, and gradients are all possible. You can also customize weave patterns: herringbone, diamond, wave. One French customer wanted blue and white stripes. He said it reminded him of beach houses. We engraved his brand name on the buckle.
