We make 5–7 layers. Outer layer is PU leather (shiny, matte, or embossed). Second layer is shaping cotton (3 mm thick). Third layer is high-density PE board or spring steel bones (rigid support). Fourth layer is breathable lining fabric. Innermost layer is skin-friendly fleece or mesh. Back or side has metal hook-and-eye closure strips (3 to 7 hooks). Some use wide laces. All edges are bound with high-density webbing. Steel bones are flat spring steel (5–8 mm wide, 8–14 pieces) inserted vertically into bone channels.

Curve Cut and Custom Fit
We offer 6 waist cincher curve cuts: straight, curved, S-curve. A US customer wanted a gothic style S-curve in shiny black PU. He said the waistline looked dramatic. We added fleece inside for comfort. The PU waist cincher is for wedding, evening, cosplay, and daily shaping.
