We make 5–7 layers. The outer layer can be top grain leather, PU, suede, satin, or lace. Inside we have shaping layers: hot-melt cotton, PE board, or EVA foam. Total thickness is 4–6 mm. Width is 6–12 cm. The back has 2–3 adjustment straps with metal clips or velcro. The buckle is a double or triple design with decorative buckles on each side and elastic webbing in the middle. Edges are bound with same-color or contrasting webbing. Thread is high-tenacity nylon at 8–10 stitches per inch.

Surface Custom and Cosplay Use
We can do shiny, matte, embossed, embroidered, or rivet finishes. A US customer wanted a gothic style in shiny black PU with silver rivets. He also embroidered his brand name inside. The double buckle waist belt works for bridal, evening, and office wear.
