Reversible Dress Belt
We use double-layer different color PU or real leather. Each single layer is 1.5 mm thick. Total thickness after lamination is 3.0 mm. We bond with water-based glue under 100 tons of pressure for 24 hours. The interlayer peel strength is ≥6 N/10mm (ISO 11644). Edges are precision ground and then double-layer edge painted in neutral dark gray. The core part is a 360° rotating alloy buckle with a stainless steel spring shaft. The buckle can rotate 180° in both directions and locks in place automatically.
Two Colors in One Belt for Travel
Our factory has double-face lamination equipment with a 100-ton press. The press holds for 24 hours. Our workers assemble 360-degree rotating buckles with stainless steel spring shafts. We also have precision grinding machines to make flat edges. Many airlines use us for uniform sets. The reversible dress belt has two colors: black on one side and brown on the other. You only need one belt for a business trip. A pilot bought this belt. He said he takes only this belt for international flights. It works with both black and brown shoes.
