Stretch PU Belt
We make three layers. The outer layer is a 0.5 mm thin PU film (color and texture). The middle is a high-elasticity rubber and polyester covered yarn woven band (elastic core). The inner layer is skin-friendly knitted fabric. Total thickness is 2.0–2.5 mm. Width is 3.5–6.0 cm. The ends are welded or sewn into a loop. Some styles have a simple adjustment buckle.
No Buckle, Just Pull and Wear
Our factory has an elastic belt line. We make our own rubber and polyester covered yarn weaving. We have ultrasonic welding equipment. The closed loop has no threads. Our workers do three-layer lamination with precise thickness control. Many maternity and senior clothing brands work with us. The stretch pu belt needs no buckle. You just pull it on. It hugs your waist. When you sit or eat, it stretches. It does not press. A Japanese senior brand takes 5,000 pieces per month. Custom Prints and Plus Sizes
We can print patterns on the PU surface. Camouflage, dots, stripes are all possible. One US maternity customer wanted floral patterns. She printed her brand name inside. It became a hot seller. We offer S-L (waist 60–80 cm) and XL-3XL (80–110 cm).
