The base is high-density knitted polyester fabric (180 g/m²). Breaking strength is ≥800 N in both directions. The surface is a high-performance PU resin layer (0.25–0.35 mm). We apply six reverse roller coats, drying each at 130°C. Total thickness is 2.2–2.8 mm. Edge sealing is double hot-melt at 160°C.
Eco-Friendly and Animal-Free
We have an eco-material line. We use water-based polyurethane. VOCs are 70% lower than traditional solvent-based coatings. Our workers operate six-pass reverse roller coating machines. This needs skill. We also have hot-melt edge sealing machines. Many vegan concept stores work with us. The faux belt looks like real leather but uses no animal skin. One US customer makes a vegan brand. He pairs our belt with his vegan shoes. Customers love it. We also have FSC-certified packaging.

We have over 700 standard color cards for this faux belt. You can also use Pantone codes. One UK client chose snake and crocodile patterns with high-precision molds. The texture looks very real. He also chose FSC-certified paper boxes.
