PU Sports Belt
The main material is special formula TPU. Thickness is 2.5–3.0 mm. The surface has anti-slip diamond embossing (0.3 mm deep). The base fabric is high-strength low-stretch polyester industrial yarn with breaking force ≥1500 N. Inside the belt there is an elastic memory core giving about 15% constant elastic retraction. The buckle is engineering plastic quick-release or velcro. Thread is water-resistant nylon with heat-sealed needle holes.
