We use top grain leather for this belt. The thickness is 3.8–4.2 mm. We add 108 steps of oil and wax. The oil content is 18%–22%. Normal leather has only 8%–12%. The surface is caramel color with hand-burnished edges. We do not use edge paint. Instead, we polish with beeswax. The thread is nylon 66 with 9–11 stitches per inch. The buckle is solid brass or copper with an aged finish.

Unique Hand-Finished Look and Simple FAQ
Every retro leather belt has a unique hand-rubbed color. No two are the same. You can also add engraving on the buckle or inside the belt. Many customers buy this as a gift. One French client put his company founding year on the belt. He said it was the best employee gift ever.

Q1: What is the MOQ?
A: MOQ is 500 pieces. Small batch of 100 pieces is also possible.
Q2: How long to deliver?
A: Delivery time depends on the material and order quantity. Normally 25–35 days, but the exact delivery date will be agreed in the contract. We will arrange production according to your order quantity.
Q3: Does the belt need special care?
A: No. It looks better with age. If you scratch it, just rub with your finger.
Q4: Can I engrave a name on it?
A: Yes, we can engrave on the copper buckle or inside the belt.
Q5: How do I confirm the leather quality?
A: We will make a pre-production sample for your approval. The final raw material quality will follow the approved sample.
