The belt body is cotton + spandex blended elastic band. Width is 2.5–3.5 cm. Thickness is only 1.2–1.5 mm. Outer layer is 100% cotton. Inner layer is medical-grade spandex. Ends are ultrasonically welded into a loop. No threads, no seam bumps, no buckle, no label, no hard decorations. Optional silicone anti-slip strip (food-grade) to prevent slipping. Passed skin irritation test.

Our factory has a sensitive-skin kids' belt line. We use cotton + spandex. Outer layer is 100% cotton. Inner layer is medical-grade spandex. Our workers do ultrasonic welding to make seamless loops. We also have food-grade silicone anti-slip strips. Many parents of children with eczema and hospitals work with us. The soft elastic belt is for kids with sensitive skin. No buckle, no label, no hard parts. One mother's child has eczema. She said all other belts caused allergies. Only this one did not cause redness or itching.

We can color the silicone anti-slip strip. An Australian customer wanted pink silicone. He said little girls liked it. We also offer no-label design. No care label sewn inside to reduce friction.
